These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cuci44 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, payment facilities, and support channels. By accessing or using cuci44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. For players aged 21 and above only.

To register and maintain an account with cuci44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your account remains active:
Age Verification: Cuci44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to pass verification will be restricted or permanently closed, and any associated balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account with cuci44. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, email addresses, device identities, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a fundamental breach of this Agreement.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Cuci44 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.
Cuci44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gambling best practices and international regulatory standards. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification) and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Cuci44 will never ask for your password via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, will be your responsibility unless you have promptly notified cuci44 of suspected unauthorised access.
Subject to your full compliance with this Agreement and satisfaction of all eligibility criteria, cuci44 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for legitimate personal entertainment purposes.
This licence does not permit you to: (a) use the platform for any commercial purpose or for financial gain beyond legitimate winnings from fair gameplay; (b) reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content, software, or material on the platform without our express prior written consent; (c) use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to access or interact with the platform in any manner not explicitly sanctioned by cuci44; or (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the cuci44 platform.
Cuci44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other users.
Cuci44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each method and account tier:
All deposits are credited to your account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the platform's internal unit equivalent. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation requirements before credit is applied. Cuci44 shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, blockchain network congestion, or banking infrastructure beyond our direct control.
Cuci44 does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction charges. Check your provider's terms before depositing.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your cuci44 account are legitimately owned by you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Cuci44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposit activity that triggers internal risk monitoring thresholds.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Cuci44 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in other names, or payment methods not previously used for deposit, except in exceptional circumstances at cuci44's sole discretion.
The withdrawal processing times above represent cuci44's internal processing standards and do not account for delays on the part of your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network. Cuci44 does not guarantee withdrawal delivery within these timeframes but will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet them.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by method. Players should consult their account withdrawal page for current minimums. Cuci44 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal above designated high-value thresholds.
Pending Wagering Requirements: Withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting rollover conditions will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Cuci44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, loyalty tier rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which shall form part of this Agreement upon the Player's acceptance of the bonus.
All bets placed on the cuci44 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the platform at the time of wagering. By placing a bet, you agree to the rules applicable to that specific game or market.
Sports betting markets β including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and all other covered competitions β are offered subject to the availability of reliable market data. Cuci44 reserves the right to suspend, void, or amend markets in circumstances where: (a) an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered; (b) data feed errors or manifest pricing errors are identified; or (c) suspected match-fixing or irregular betting patterns are detected. Voided bets will have stakes returned to the player's account.
All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our licensed game providers. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
In the event of a manifest error β including incorrect odds, payout calculations, or game malfunctions β cuci44 reserves the right to declare any affected bets void and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honoured.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuci44 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view and use platform content solely for the purpose of using the cuci44 services as described in these Terms & Conditions. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of cuci44 or the relevant rights holder.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuci44, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

Cuci44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement, cuci44 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including Real Money Funds, subject to the findings of an investigation and applicable legal obligations. Where closure is at cuci44's discretion in the absence of any player breach, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player after satisfactory verification.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting cuci44 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any outstanding verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to completed KYC requirements.
Cuci44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority or arbitral tribunal as designated under cuci44's licensing framework.
In the first instance, cuci44 encourages all players to raise disputes directly with our customer support team. The majority of disputes are resolved within 5 business days through direct engagement. Where a resolution cannot be reached through this process, the formal dispute resolution procedures set out in cuci44's licensing framework will apply.
